About April Zines
April Zines is a 6 months later return to my successful challenge I issued myself last October to create a minizine every single day! Click the cover of each zine in the calendar to read the full text of each zine. Feel free to download and print copies of any zine for personal use, though most of these zines will also be available for physical copy orders from me!
Zine Descriptions
Day 01 - "The Fool" is an aimless minizine complaining about April Fools as a day & how to make it more Foolishly WhimsicalDay 02 - "Wild Horses Printer Souls" is a violently indulgent minizine about my disordered loving thoughts on printers
Day 03 - "Make Bad Art" is an encouraging minizine all about the virtues of making bad art focused on giving you permission to recklessly create
Day 04 - "Zines From the Wasteland" is a zine mailing game minizine about the failures of communication wherein you & a friend (or more) exchange zines about the wild worlds between worlds you inhabit & try desperately to understand one another's experiences
Day 05 - "Busy" is a vent-y minizine about the perils of fearing time when so much is happening
Day 06 - "My AC is Dead & So Am I" is an even more vent-y minizine about the hell of my AC being dead limiting me
Day 07 - "Aimless Work Doodles" is a sketchy minizine I made during a slow work day, just doodling & musing
Day 08 - "Memes & Other Images Saved On My PC" is a lazy zine compiling some choice images saved in my Pictures folder (I ran out of time)
Day 09 - "Another Zine About Nothing" is another zine spawned due to an extremely long work shift where I ran out of zine time
Day 10 - Break!! I had WAY too busy of a week to make a zine - I needed rest
Day 11 - "Ranking Anna Mae's Blorbos" a special birthday gift zine for my beloved Anna Mae
